Inject 1 oz of creole butter into each Turkey wing and marinate in a ziploc bag for 24 hours or at least 4-6 hours.
Remove wings from the bag, pat dry, and coat with avocado oil and hot sauce. Season well with spice blend and then coat with corn starch, mixing well to completely coat each Turkey wing.
Heat vegetable oil in a heavy bottom pot, filled no more than 2/3 the way up, to 325F. Drop in 3 Turkey wings and cook for 14-17 minutes, moving them around in the oil to ensure they don’t stick to each other.
Combine ingredients for Cajun butter in a small bowl and microwave for 30-45 seconds or until butter is completely melted, then mix to combine.
Remove wings from fryer and place on paper towel or baking rack to drain excess grease. Using a basting brush, brush some of the Cajun butter on the wings.
Serve and enjoy!
