Ingredients

  • 2 slices Whole grain bread
  • 4 oz Sliced turkey breast
  • 2 slices Bacon
  • 0.5 item Avocado
  • 2 leaves Lettuce
  • 1 medium Tomato
  • 1 medium Sweet potato
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper

Instructions

1

Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).

2

Wash and cut the sweet potato into fries. Place them on a baking sheet.

3

Drizzle 1 tablespoon of olive oil over the sweet potato fries, sprinkle with 1/2 teaspoon of salt and 1/4 teaspoon of pepper. Toss to coat evenly.

4

Bake the sweet potato fries in the preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes, turning halfway through, until they are golden brown and crispy.

7

Thinly slice the tomato. Peel and slice the avocado.

8

To assemble the sandwich, layer the turkey breast slices on one piece of toasted bread.

Add the crispy bacon, lettuce leaves, tomato slices, and avocado slices on top of the turkey.

10

Top with the second piece of toasted bread. Cut the sandwich in half diagonally.

11
