BreakfastHealthyVegetarianNo-Cook

Ingredients

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup milk (or milk alternative)
  • 1 medium banana, sliced
  • 1 cup mixed berries
  • 2 tbsp almond butter
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp honey

Instructions

1

In a mixing bowl, combine rolled oats, Greek yogurt, milk (or milk alternative), and chia seeds. Stir well until all ingredients are evenly combined.

2

Add sliced banana and gently fold it into the mixture, being careful not to mash the banana pieces.

3

Gently stir in the mixed berries, ensuring they are evenly distributed throughout the mixture.

4

Drizzle the honey over the mixture and add the almond butter in small dollops. Stir slightly to incorporate the honey and almond butter, creating a swirl effect without fully mixing them in.

5

Transfer the mixture into a mason jar or a bowl with a lid. Ensure it's sealed tight.

6

Place the container in the refrigerator and let it sit overnight or for at least 8 hours.

7

In the morning, give the oats a quick stir before serving. You can add additional toppings like more fresh berries, banana slices, or a sprinkle of chia seeds if you like.
