BreakfastHealthyVegetarian

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Rolled oats
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup Milk (or milk alternative)
  • 1 medium Banana, sliced
  • 1 cup Mixed berries
  • 2 tbsp Almond butter
  • 2 tbsp Chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp Honey

Instructions

1

In a medium-sized bowl, combine the rolled oats, Greek yogurt, milk, and chia seeds. Stir well to ensure everything is mixed thoroughly.

2

Add the honey to the oat mixture and stir until it's well incorporated.

3

Fold in the sliced banana and mixed berries gently to avoid crushing them.

4

Cover the bowl with plastic wrap or transfer the mixture to airtight jars or containers for individual servings.

5

Place the covered oats in the refrigerator to chill overnight (or for at least 6 hours). This allows the oats to absorb the liquid and become creamy.

6

Before serving, give the oats a good stir, and top each serving with a drizzle of almond butter.

7

Enjoy cold, straight from the fridge as a convenient and healthy breakfast option!
