Ingredients

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 medium banana
  • 1 cup mixed berries
  • 2 tbsp almond butter
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp honey

Instructions

In a medium-sized mixing bowl, combine the rolled oats and chia seeds. Stir well to ensure that the chia seeds are evenly distributed throughout the oats.

Add the Greek yogurt, milk, and honey to the oat mixture. Stir until all the ingredients are thoroughly combined.

Gently fold in the sliced banana and mixed berries, distributing them evenly throughout the mixture.

Cover the bowl with plastic wrap or transfer the mixture into a sealable container. Place it in the refrigerator to chill overnight, or for at least 8 hours.

The next morning, stir the oat mixture well. If desired, adjust the consistency by adding a splash more milk.

Divide the oats into serving bowls. Top each serving with a tablespoon of almond butter before serving.
