Ingredients

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 medium, sliced banana
  • 1 cup mixed berries
  • 2 tbsp almond butter
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp honey

Instructions

In a large mixing bowl, combine rolled oats, Greek yogurt, and milk. Stir until the oats are fully submerged and the mixture is well combined.

Add chia seeds to the mixture and stir to incorporate them evenly throughout.

Mix in half of the sliced banana and half of the mixed berries, saving the other half for topping later.

Cover the bowl with plastic wrap or transfer the mixture into individual serving jars or containers with lids.

Refrigerate overnight (or for at least 8 hours) to allow the oats to soften and the flavors to meld together.

In the morning (or when ready to serve), stir the oats mixture and divide it into individual serving bowls or jars if not already done.

Top each serving with the remaining sliced banana, mixed berries, a drizzle of almond butter, and honey.
