In a large mixing bowl, combine the rolled oats and chia seeds.
Add the Greek yogurt, milk, and honey to the oats mixture. Stir well to ensure everything is evenly mixed and the oats are submerged in liquid.
Layer the mixture into individual serving jars or bowls. Start with a scoop of the oat mixture, followed by a few slices of banana and a spoonful of mixed berries.
Continue layering until all the ingredients are used, making sure the top layer is berries and a few slices of banana for aesthetics.
Add a dollop of almond butter on top of each serving. This can be swirled slightly to integrate into the layers.
Cover each jar or bowl with a lid or plastic wrap, and place them in the refrigerator. Let them sit overnight, or for at least 6-8 hours.
In the morning, give the oats a gentle stir before enjoying. Add more honey or almond butter on top if desired.
