Overnight Oats with Greek Yogurt, Banana & Berries

By Amanda Spencer

Total: 15 minutes prep, overnight setting
BreakfastHealthyVegetarianQuick and Easy

Ingredients

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup milk (or milk alternative)
  • 1 medium, sliced banana
  • 1 cup mixed berries
  • 2 tbsp almond butter
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp honey

Instructions

1

In a mixing bowl, combine the rolled oats, Greek yogurt, and milk. Stir until the oats are well coated with the yogurt and milk mixture.

2

Add the sliced banana, mixed berries, almond butter, chia seeds, and honey to the mixture. Gently fold in all the ingredients until well combined.

3

Transfer the mixture into a large mason jar or a sealed container. Ensure it's tightly closed to keep the moisture in.

4

Place the container in the refrigerator and let it sit overnight (or at least 6-8 hours) to allow the oats and seeds to absorb the liquid and expand.

5

In the morning, give the oats a good stir before serving. You can add additional fresh berries or a drizzle of honey on top if desired.
