  • 2 slices Gluten-free bread
  • 1 medium Oranges
  • 1/2 cup Blueberries
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons Honey
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Cinnamon

Instructions

Toast the gluten-free bread slices until they are golden brown. Let them cool slightly, then crumble them into small pieces to use as a crunchy layer.

Peel and chop the apple into small cubes. Peel the orange and segment it into bite-sized pieces.

In a bowl, combine Greek yogurt, 1 tablespoon of honey, and a pinch of salt. Mix well until smooth and creamy.

In serving glasses or bowls, layer the parfait beginning with a layer of crunchy gluten-free toast crumbs.

Add a layer of chopped apples followed by orange segments.
