  • 1/2 cup mixed berries (strawberries/blueberries)
  • 30 g gluten-free granola
  • 1 tbsp sliced almonds
  • 1 tsp honey

Instructions

Begin by washing the mixed berries thoroughly under running water. Gently pat them dry using a paper towel or a clean kitchen cloth.

In a clear serving glass or bowl, add half of the Greek yogurt (85 g).

Layer half of the mixed berries evenly over the yogurt.

Sprinkle half of the gluten-free granola over the berries.

Repeat the layers by adding the remaining Greek yogurt over the granola.

Add the remaining mixed berries on top of the yogurt layer.

Top with the remaining granola and sprinkle the sliced almonds on top for an added crunch.

If desired, drizzle 1 teaspoon of honey over the top for added sweetness.
