  • 1 cup mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
  • 1/3 cup buckwheat-almond granola (gluten-free)
  • 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup (optional)

Instructions

In a bowl, spoon half of the Greek yogurt as the first layer of the parfait.

Add a layer of half of the mixed berries on top of the yogurt.

Sprinkle half of the buckwheat-almond granola over the berries.

Drizzle half a tablespoon of honey or maple syrup over the granola layer, if using.

Repeat the layers by adding the remaining Greek yogurt, followed by the remaining mixed berries and granola.

Finish with a drizzle of the remaining half tablespoon of honey or maple syrup, if desired.
