  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt (2%)
  • 1 cup mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
  • 1/3 cup buckwheat-almond granola (gluten-free)
  • 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup (optional)

Instructions

Wash the mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries) and pat dry with a paper towel. If the strawberries are large, slice them into smaller pieces.

In a medium-sized glass or bowl, add half of the Greek yogurt, spreading it evenly at the bottom.

Layer half of the mixed berries on top of the yogurt.

Sprinkle half of the buckwheat-almond granola over the berries.

If using, drizzle half the honey or maple syrup over the granola layer.

Repeat the layers by adding the remaining Greek yogurt, followed by the remaining berries and granola.

Finish with a drizzle of the remaining honey or maple syrup on top, if desired.

Serve immediately, or refrigerate for up to 1 hour if you prefer a chilled parfait.
