  • 1 cup mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
  • 1/3 cup buckwheat-almond granola (gluten-free)
  • 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup

Wash the mixed berries thoroughly under cold water and pat them dry with a paper towel. If using strawberries, hull and slice them into smaller pieces.

In a clean glass or bowl, spoon half of the Greek yogurt into the bottom, spreading it evenly.

Add a layer of half the mixed berries over the yogurt, distributing them evenly.

Sprinkle half of the buckwheat-almond granola over the berries, spreading it out to create a layer.

Drizzle half a tablespoon of honey or maple syrup over the granola for additional sweetness, if desired.
