Ingredients

  • 1 large Whole-wheat tortilla
  • 4 oz Sliced turkey breast
  • 1 cup Mixed greens
  • 2 slices Tomato slices
  • 1 tbsp Plain yogurt or light mayo
  • 1 medium Carrot
  • 1 cup Red cabbage
  • 1 tbsp Apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tsp Olive oil

Instructions

Prepare the carrot-cabbage slaw by peeling and grating the carrot. Mix it with the shredded red cabbage in a bowl.

In a small bowl, whisk together the apple cider vinegar, olive oil, a pinch of salt, and pepper. Pour over the carrot and cabbage mixture. Toss well to combine and set aside.

Mash the avocado in a small bowl and season with a pinch of salt and pepper to taste.

Lay the whole-wheat tortilla flat on a clean surface. Spread the mashed avocado evenly over the tortilla.

Layer the sliced turkey breast over the avocado spread, followed by mixed greens, and tomato slices.

In the center of the tortilla, add a tablespoon of plain yogurt or light mayo along the line of other ingredients.

Carefully roll the tortilla tightly to form a wrap. Slice the wrap in half diagonally.

Serve the turkey wrap with the carrot-cabbage slaw on the side.
