Ingredients

  • 1 large Whole-wheat tortilla
  • 4 oz Sliced turkey breast
  • 1 cup Mixed greens
  • 2 slices Tomato slices
  • 1 tbsp Plain yogurt or light mayo
  • 1 medium Carrot
  • 1 cup Red cabbage
  • 1 tbsp Apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tsp Olive oil

Instructions

Peel and grate the carrot into a medium bowl.

Add the shredded red cabbage to the bowl with the grated carrot.

In a small bowl, mix together the apple cider vinegar, olive oil, a pinch of salt, and pepper to make the dressing.

Pour the dressing over the carrot and cabbage slaw, and toss to coat. Set aside to marinate while preparing the wrap.

In another bowl, mash the half avocado and mix with plain yogurt or light mayo. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Lay the whole-wheat tortilla flat and spread the avocado mixture evenly over it.

Layer the sliced turkey breast, mixed greens, and tomato slices on top of the avocado layer.

Roll the tortilla tightly to make the wrap, folding in the sides as you go.

Slice the wrap in half diagonally and serve alongside the carrot-cabbage slaw.
