  • 10 pieces popiah skin
  • 1 cup cabbage
  • 1 medium carrot
  • 1 cup bean sprouts
  • 100 grams shrimp
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • for frying unit oil

Instructions

Prepare the filling by chopping the cabbage, carrot, and garlic.

In a pan, heat oil and sauté garlic until fragrant, then add the cabbage, carrot, and shrimp.

Stir-fry until the vegetables are tender and shrimp is cooked, then add soy sauce.

Place a spoonful of the filling onto a popiah skin and roll it tightly.

Heat oil in a frying pan and fry the rolled popiah until golden brown on all sides.

Remove from oil and drain on paper towels before serving.
