Ingredients

  • 680 g Plain Greek yogurt
  • 720 g Mixed berries
  • 160 g Nut-free granola
  • 20 g Honey
  • 20 g Chia seeds
  • 4 slices Whole-grain bread
  • 20 g Butter (or margarine)

Instructions

Wash the mixed berries and pat them dry using a paper towel.

In a medium-sized bowl, combine the Greek yogurt and honey. Stir until well-blended.

To assemble the parfaits, divide the Greek yogurt mixture evenly among 4 serving glasses or bowls.

Layer the berries evenly over the yogurt, reserving a few for garnish.

Sprinkle the nut-free granola evenly on top of the berries.

Top each parfait with a teaspoon of chia seeds evenly distributed.

Finally, garnish each parfait with the reserved berries.

Toast the whole-grain bread slices until golden brown.

Spread 1 teaspoon of butter (or margarine) onto each piece of toast while it's still warm.
