Divide the Greek yogurt into two bowls evenly.
Top each portion of yogurt with 25 g of granola.
Add 70 g of mixed berries to each yogurt bowl.
Drizzle 1 tsp of honey over each yogurt bowl.
Sprinkle 10 g chopped walnuts on top of each yogurt bowl.
Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and add 1 tsp of olive oil or butter.
Crack the eggs into a bowl, add a pinch of salt and black pepper, and whisk until well combined.
Pour the eggs onto the skillet and gently stir with a spatula until the eggs are scrambled and cooked to your liking.
While cooking eggs, toast the slices of whole-grain bread until golden brown.
Serve the scrambled eggs over the toasted whole-grain bread on plates.
