  • 20 g toasted seeds (sunflower/pumpkin)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Begin by preparing your chosen seasonal fruits: wash them thoroughly. Depending on the type of fruit, you may need to peel, core, or slice them into bite-sized pieces. Suggested fruits include sliced berries, cubed melon, or diced apple.

In a medium-sized mixing bowl, combine the plain yogurt, vanilla extract, lemon zest, and a pinch of salt. Stir until the mixture is smooth and the ingredients are fully blended.
