BreakfastDessertSnack

Ingredients

  • 480 g Greek yogurt (2%)
  • 300 g Mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
  • 80 g Granola
  • 2 tbsp Honey
  • 2 tsp Chia seeds

Instructions

1

Wash the mixed berries thoroughly under running water. Remove stems from strawberries if needed and slice them if they are too large.

2

In a medium bowl, mix the Greek yogurt with 1 tablespoon of honey until well combined.

3

Prepare four serving glasses or bowls. Start by adding a spoonful of the Greek yogurt mixture at the bottom of each glass.

4

Divide half of the mixed berries evenly among the glasses, layering them over the yogurt.

5

Sprinkle a layer of granola (about a third of the total granola) over the berries in each glass.

6

Add another layer of Greek yogurt over the granola in each glass, dividing the remaining yogurt mixture evenly.

7

Top with the remaining mixed berries, dividing them equally among the glasses.

8

Finish with the remaining granola on top, and drizzle with the remaining 1 tablespoon of honey evenly distributed in all glasses.

9

If using chia seeds, sprinkle them over the top of each parfait as a final garnish for added texture and nutrition.
