Ingredients

  • 2 cups plain Greek yogurt (2% fat)
  • 1 cup mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
  • 1/2 cup low-sugar granola
  • 2 tsp honey
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds

Instructions

1

Wash the mixed berries thoroughly and pat them dry with a clean towel.

2

In a medium-sized bowl, combine the Greek yogurt and 1 teaspoon of honey. Stir well to incorporate the honey evenly throughout the yogurt.

3

Take two serving glasses or bowls. Divide half of the yogurt mixture evenly into each glass as the first layer.

4

Sprinkle half of the mixed berries evenly over the yogurt layer in each glass.

5

Add a quarter cup of granola over the berries in each glass.

6

Repeat the layering by adding another layer of the remaining yogurt over the granola in each glass.

7

Top the second yogurt layer with the remaining mixed berries, dividing them evenly between the glasses.

8

Drizzle 1 teaspoon of honey over the top of the berries in each glass.

9

If using, sprinkle 1 tablespoon of chia seeds evenly over the top of the parfaits for added texture and nutrition.

10

Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to an hour before serving to allow the flavors to meld.
