Prepare your serving glasses or bowls by placing them on a work surface.
Spoon half of the plain Greek yogurt evenly into the bottom of each glass or bowl.
Add a layer of mixed berries on top of the yogurt in each glass or bowl, using about half of the berries for this layer.
Sprinkle half of the low-sugar granola evenly over the berries in each serving.
Drizzle half of the honey over the granola layer in each glass or bowl.
Repeat the layers by adding the remaining Greek yogurt, then the rest of the berries, and then the remaining granola.
Top each parfait with the remaining honey drizzled all over.
Finally, garnish with chopped almonds for added crunch and a nutty flavor.
