Ingredients

  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup Mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
  • 1/4 cup Granola (low-sugar)
  • 1 tablespoon Honey
  • 1 teaspoon Chia seeds (optional)

Instructions

Wash the mixed berries thoroughly under cold water and pat them dry with a paper towel.

In a medium glass or bowl, add a layer of Greek yogurt (about 1/3 of the cup).

Sprinkle a third of the mixed berries over the yogurt, distributing them evenly.

Drizzle a teaspoon of honey over the berries.

Add a layer of granola (about 1/3 of the quantity) on top.

If using chia seeds, sprinkle a small pinch over the granola layer.

Repeat the layers of yogurt, berries, honey, granola, and chia seeds if using, until all the ingredients are used, finishing with a few berries and a drizzle of honey on the top.
