Wash the mixed berries thoroughly under cold water and pat them dry with a paper towel.
In a medium glass or bowl, add a layer of Greek yogurt (about 1/3 of the cup).
Sprinkle a third of the mixed berries over the yogurt, distributing them evenly.
Drizzle a teaspoon of honey over the berries.
Add a layer of granola (about 1/3 of the quantity) on top.
If using chia seeds, sprinkle a small pinch over the granola layer.
Repeat the layers of yogurt, berries, honey, granola, and chia seeds if using, until all the ingredients are used, finishing with a few berries and a drizzle of honey on the top.
Serve immediately as a fresh breakfast option or snack.
