Ingredients

  • 1 cup Greek yogurt (2% or 5%)
  • 1 cup Mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
  • 1/2 cup Granola (low-sugar)
  • 1 tablespoon Honey
  • 1 teaspoon Chia seeds

Instructions

Wash the mixed berries and pat them dry with a paper towel.

In a glass or small bowl, add 1/3 of the Greek yogurt as the first layer.

Add a layer of half the mixed berries over the yogurt.

Drizzle a small amount of honey over the berries.

5

Add another 1/3 of the Greek yogurt over the berry layer.

Sprinkle half of the granola evenly over the yogurt.

Add the remaining berries as the next layer.

Drizzle another thin layer of honey over the berries.

Add the final layer of the remaining Greek yogurt.

Top with the remaining granola.

Sprinkle chia seeds over the top for added texture and nutrition, if desired.
