Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Place the salmon fillet on the prepared baking sheet. Drizzle half of the sesame oil over the salmon, then sprinkle with salt and black pepper.
Bake the salmon in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until it is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
While the salmon is baking, in a small bowl, mix the remaining sesame oil and soy sauce together.
Serve the cooked brown rice in a shallow bowl. Arrange the steamed broccoli on one side of the rice.
Place the baked salmon next to the broccoli and drizzle the sesame oil-soy sauce mixture over the salmon.
Sprinkle the sesame seeds and chopped spring onion over the top as garnish.
