Add the minced garlic to the pan and stir-fry for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
Add the shrimp to the pan. Stir-fry the shrimp for 3-4 minutes or until they start to turn pink and are almost cooked through.
Add the broccoli florets to the pan and stir-fry with the shrimp for another 2-3 minutes until the broccoli starts to become tender.
Pour in the soy sauce and sesame oil over the shrimp and broccoli. Stir everything together to ensure an even coating.
Continue to cook for an additional 1-2 minutes until the shrimp are fully cooked and the broccoli is tender-crisp.
Remove the pan from heat. Serve the stir-fried shrimp and broccoli over cooked rice.
