By Sara Weaver

Total: 25 minutes
Main CourseSeafoodStir-Fry

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Broccoli
  • 2 cups Cauliflower
  • 1 pound Shrimp
  • 1/3 cup Stir-fry sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 3 cloves Garlic
  • 1 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon Red pepper flakes
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Black pepper

Instructions

1

Prepare the vegetables by cutting the broccoli and cauliflower into small florets. Mince the garlic cloves.

2

Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.

3

Add the shrimp to the skillet, season with salt and black pepper, and cook until they turn pink and opaque, about 3-4 minutes. Remove the shrimp from the skillet and set aside.

4

In the same skillet, add the remaining tablespoon of olive oil. Add the minced garlic and red pepper flakes and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.

5

Add the broccoli and cauliflower florets to the skillet, and stir-fry for about 5-7 minutes, or until they are tender-crisp.

6

Return the shrimp to the skillet. Add the stir-fry sauce and soy sauce. Toss everything together to coat the ingredients evenly with the sauce.

7

Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld together.

8

Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary. Serve hot.
