  • 1 unit Whole-wheat large tortilla
  • 70 g Sliced turkey breast

  • 1 oz Cheddar slice
  • 2 leaves Romaine lettuce
  • 1/2 unit Tomato
  • 200 g Sweet potato
  • 1 tsp Olive oil

  • to taste unit Pepper

Instructions

1

Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

3

In a bowl, toss the sweet potato fries with 1 teaspoon of olive oil, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.

4

Lay the whole-wheat tortilla flat and assemble the wrap: place the romaine lettuce leaves in the center, followed by the sliced turkey breast, avocado slices, cheddar slice, and tomato slices.

7

Season the filling with salt and pepper to taste.

8

Fold the sides of the tortilla inwards, then roll it up tightly from the bottom to enclose the filling.

9
