Ingredients

  • 1 piece Whole-wheat large tortilla
  • 70 g Sliced turkey breast
  • 0.5 piece Avocado
  • 1 oz Cheddar slice
  • 2 leaves Romaine lettuce
  • 0.5 piece Tomato
  • 200 g Sweet potato
  • 1 tsp Olive oil

Instructions

1

Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C). Peel and cut the sweet potatoes into fries, about half an inch thick.

2

Place the sweet potato fries in a bowl and toss with 1 teaspoon of olive oil, salt, and pepper to taste.

3

Lay the fries out in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 25-30 minutes, turning halfway through, until they are golden and crispy.

4

While the fries are baking, prepare the wrap. Slice the half avocado and the half tomato thinly.

5

Lay the tortilla flat. Place the cheddar slice in the center, layer the turkey slices on top, and then add the romaine lettuce, avocado slices, and tomato slices.

6

Season the filling with a pinch of salt and pepper, then carefully roll the tortilla tightly to form the wrap.

7

Once the sweet potato fries are ready, remove them from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.

8

Serve the turkey and avocado wrap with the baked sweet potato fries on the side.
