Ingredients

  • 8 oz beef sirloin
  • 2 cups mixed stir-fry vegetables
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp ginger
  • 1 tbsp garlic
  • 4 cups cooked rice
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • to taste NA salt
  • to taste NA black pepper

Instructions

Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large pan or wok over medium-high heat.

Add minced garlic and ginger to the pan, stir-fry for about 1 minute until fragrant.

Increase the heat to high, add the sliced beef sirloin, and stir-fry for about 3-4 minutes until browned and cooked through. Remove the beef from the pan and set aside.

In the same pan, add another tablespoon of vegetable oil, and once hot, add the mixed stir-fry vegetables. Stir-fry for 4-5 minutes until the vegetables are tender-crisp.

Return the beef to the pan with the vegetables. Add soy sauce, and stir everything together for another 1-2 minutes until well combined and heated through.

Season with salt and black pepper to taste.

Serve the beef and vegetable stir-fry over cooked rice, dividing equally among plates.
