Drain the canned tuna thoroughly and place it in a medium mixing bowl.
Finely chop the celery and onion.
Add the chopped celery and onion to the bowl with the tuna.
Add 1 tablespoon of Greek yogurt or light mayo to the tuna mixture.
Add 1 teaspoon of lemon juice, 1/4 teaspoon of salt, and 1/8 teaspoon of black pepper to the mixture. Stir until well combined.
Toast the whole-grain bread slices to your liking.
Evenly spread the tuna mixture onto one slice of the toasted bread.
Place the second slice of bread on top of the tuna mixture to form a sandwich.
