Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
Cook the pasta according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add chicken breasts and cook until fully cooked, about 7-8 minutes per side. Remove from heat and let cool slightly, then shred the chicken.
In a large bowl, combine shredded chicken, cooked pasta, cream cheese, hot sauce, ranch dressing, and half of the cheddar cheese. Mix well until ingredients are evenly coated.
Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish. Sprinkle the remaining cheddar cheese on top.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Garnish with chopped green onions before serving. Optional: Drizzle extra hot sauce on top for added spice.
