Measure 30 g of rolled oats and place them in a small bowl. If you prefer softer oats, you can briefly soak them in a bit of water or milk for a few minutes.
In a serving glass or bowl, spread a layer of half of the Greek yogurt (approximately 85 g) at the bottom.
Sprinkle half of the soaked or plain rolled oats evenly over the yogurt layer.
Add half of the mixed berries (50 g) over the oats to create a colorful layer.
Drizzle 1/2 tablespoon (about 7.5 g) of honey over the berry layer for sweetness.
Repeat the layering process with the remaining Greek yogurt, oats, mixed berries, and honey.
Finish by sprinkling the chopped walnuts (10 g) on top for a crunchy texture contrast.
Serve immediately and enjoy your Greek Yogurt Berry & Oats Parfait as a nutritious breakfast or snack.
