Ingredients

  • 200 g plain nonfat Greek yogurt
  • 40 g rolled oats (toasted)
  • 50 g mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds

Instructions

Toast the rolled oats in a dry skillet over medium heat until they are golden brown and fragrant, about 3-4 minutes. Stir frequently to prevent burning. Set aside to cool.

Wash the berries thoroughly and pat them dry with a paper towel.

Layer half of the Greek yogurt into the bottom of a serving glass or bowl.

Sprinkle half of the toasted oats over the yogurt layer.

Add half of the mixed berries on top of the oats layer and drizzle half of the honey over the berries.

Sprinkle half of the chia seeds over the honey-drizzled berries.

Repeat the layering process with the remaining Greek yogurt, oats, berries, honey, and chia seeds.

Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to an hour to allow the flavors to meld. The parfait can be enjoyed as a quick breakfast or a healthy snack.
