  • 1 lb Pork shoulder
  • 1 unit English cucumber
  • 3 tbsp Garlic
  • 1 tbsp Ginger
  • 10 oz Green cabbage
  • 1 unit Korean zucchini
  • 1 medium small Yellow onion
  • 2/3 cup Korean black bean paste
  • 3 tbsp Oyster sauce
  • 4 bundles Korean fresh noodle
  • 3 tbsp Cornstarch
  • 2 tbsp Granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup Oil
  • 1 unit Kimchi
  • 2 cups Water
  • 1 unit (optional side) Danmuji (pickled yellow radish)

Instructions

Prepare all ingredients by chopping the vegetables and cutting the pork into small pieces.

In a pan, heat the oil and sauté the garlic, ginger, and onion until fragrant.

Add the pork and cook until browned, then add the black bean paste, oyster sauce, and sugar, stirring well.

Add the cabbage, zucchini, and water, and let it simmer until the vegetables are tender.

Meanwhile, cook the Korean fresh noodles according to package instructions.
