Greek Yogurt Berry Parfait with Granola & Honey

By Nathan Haskins

Total: 10 minutes
BreakfastSnacksHealthy

Ingredients

  • 200 g plain Greek yogurt (2% fat)
  • 1/2 cup mixed berries (strawberry, blueberry, raspberry)
  • 1/3 cup low-sugar granola
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds (optional)

Instructions

1

In a small bowl, combine the plain Greek yogurt and chia seeds (if using). Mix well and let sit for a few minutes to allow the chia seeds to absorb moisture and soften slightly.

2

Wash the mixed berries thoroughly under running water and pat them dry with a clean kitchen towel or paper towel.

3

In a serving glass or bowl, add half of the Greek yogurt mixture as the first layer.

4

Sprinkle half of the mixed berries over the yogurt.

5

Add a layer of half of the granola over the berries.

6

Drizzle half of the honey over the granola.

7

Repeat the layers: Add the remaining Greek yogurt, followed by the remaining berries, granola, and a final drizzle of honey.

8

Serve the parfait immediately while the granola is still crunchy.
