Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the fettuccine according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain the pasta and set aside.
While the pasta is cooking, heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
Add the ground meat to the skillet, breaking it up with a spoon. Cook until browned and cooked through, about 7-10 minutes. Season with salt and black pepper.
Reduce the heat to low and add the Alfredo sauce to the skillet with the meat. Stir to combine and heat through for 2-3 minutes.
Add the cooked fettuccine to the skillet and toss to coat the pasta evenly with the sauce.
Serve the pasta on plates, garnished with grated Parmesan cheese and chopped fresh parsley.
