Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground turkey, smoked paprika, cumin, half a teaspoon of salt, and a quarter teaspoon of pepper. Mix until well combined.
Form the mixture into meatballs, about the size of a golf ball, and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
In a separate bowl, toss the broccoli florets with 1 tablespoon of olive oil, remaining half teaspoon of salt, and remaining quarter teaspoon of pepper.
Spread the seasoned broccoli and the roasted butternut squash on a baking sheet. Place the baking sheet with the vegetables in the oven.
Place the baking sheet with the meatballs in the oven as well. Roast both the meatballs and vegetables for 20-25 minutes or until the meatballs are cooked through and the broccoli is tender and slightly charred.
Once cooked, remove both the meatballs and vegetables from the oven. Serve the spiced turkey meatballs alongside the roasted butternut squash and broccoli.
