Total: 15 minutes
BreakfastSnackDessert

Ingredients

  • 480 g Greek yogurt (2%)
  • 300 g Mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
  • 80 g Granola
  • 2 tbsp Honey
  • 2 tsp Chia seeds (optional)

Instructions

1

Start by washing the mixed berries thoroughly under cold running water. Hull the strawberries if necessary, and slice them into smaller pieces if they are large.

2

With all your components ready, begin layering the parfait in serving glasses or bowls. Start by adding a layer of Greek yogurt at the bottom, using about 120 g per glass.

3

Spoon some of the mixed berries over the yogurt layer, ensuring an even distribution of the different berries in each glass.

4

Sprinkle a layer of granola over the berries, using a portion of the 80 g. This can be adjusted depending on preference for each serving.

5

Drizzle a generous amount of honey over the granola for added sweetness. Divide the 2 tbsp among the servings equally.

6

If using chia seeds, sprinkle about 1/2 tsp over each serving for a nutritional boost.

7

Repeat the layering process with an additional layer of yogurt, berries, and granola. Finish with a final drizzle of honey and a sprinkle of chia seeds on the top layer for garnish.

8

Serve the parfait immediately for the best texture, as the granola will remain crunchy and the berries fresh. Enjoy your delicious and healthy Greek Yogurt Berry Parfait!
