Total: 10 minutes
BreakfastHealthyEasySnackVegetarian

Ingredients

  • 170 g plain Greek yogurt (2%)
  • 30 g rolled oats
  • 100 g mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
  • 15 g honey
  • 10 g chopped walnuts

Instructions

1

In a small bowl, mix the rolled oats with 1 tablespoon of the Greek yogurt. This will help soften the oats slightly while you prepare the other ingredients.

2

Take a tall glass or a small bowl and add 1/3 of the Greek yogurt to the bottom.

3

Layer half of the mixed berries over the yogurt in the glass, spreading them evenly.

4

Drizzle half of the honey over the layered berries to add sweetness.

5

Sprinkle half of the oats mixture you prepared earlier over the berries and honey.

6

Repeat the layers by adding another 1/3 of the Greek yogurt, the remaining berries, the rest of the honey, and the remaining oats mixture.

7

Top the parfait with the remaining Greek yogurt, smoothing it out to create an even layer.

8

Finish the parfait by sprinkling the chopped walnuts on top for a crunchy texture.

9

Serve immediately with a spoon, and enjoy your healthy Greek Yogurt Berry & Oats Parfait.
