Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
While the pasta is cooking, season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper on both sides.
In a large skillet over medium heat, add 1 tablespoon of olive oil. Once hot, add the chicken breasts. Cook for 6-7 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through. Remove the chicken from the pan and set aside to rest.
In the same skillet, add the remaining tablespoon of olive oil. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
Reduce the heat to low, then pour in the heavy cream, stirring continuously. Let it simmer for 2-3 minutes, allowing it to thicken slightly.
Add the cooked pasta to the skillet, tossing it in the creamy sauce. Grate in the Parmesan cheese, stirring until the cheese is melted and the pasta is well coated.
Slice the cooked chicken and add it to the skillet, combining it thoroughly with the pasta and sauce.
Garnish with chopped parsley and serve hot.
