Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a small bowl, mix together 1 tsp grated ginger, 1 minced garlic clove, 1 tsp sesame oil, and 1 tsp soy sauce to marinate the salmon.
Place the salmon fillet on a baking tray lined with parchment paper. Brush the ginger-sesame marinade onto the salmon, ensuring it's well coated.
Bake the salmon in the preheated oven for about 12-15 minutes or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
While the salmon is baking, warm 1 cup of cooked brown rice in a microwave or a skillet over medium heat.
In a separate small skillet, lightly toast 1 tsp of sesame seeds over medium heat for about 2-3 minutes, stirring frequently until golden brown.
Assemble the bowl: place the warmed brown rice at the base, then arrange 1 cup steamed broccoli and 1/2 cup shelled edamame around it.
Add the baked salmon fillet on top of the rice. Sprinkle the toasted sesame seeds over the bowl.
Serve the bowl with a lemon wedge on the side for a fresh squeeze before eating.
Enjoy your delicious Asian sesame-ginger salmon bowl!
