  • 1 tsp sesame oil

  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 tsp sesame seeds
  • 1 wedge lemon wedge

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

Prepare the marinade by mixing sesame oil, soy sauce, grated ginger, and minced garlic in a small bowl.

Place the salmon fillet on a lined baking sheet. Brush the marinade over the salmon, ensuring it is well coated.

Bake the salmon in the preheated oven for about 12-15 minutes until cooked through and flaky.

While the salmon is baking, lightly toast the sesame seeds in a dry pan over medium heat until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes.
