Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
Season the salmon fillets with jerk seasoning and place them on a baking sheet.
Bake the salmon for 15-20 minutes until cooked through.
In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and sauté chopped onion and bell peppers until soft.
Mix cream cheese with lime juice and spread it on the sub rolls.
Once the salmon is done, flake it and add it to the rolls with the sautéed vegetables.
