Ingredients

  • 2 cups Spinach
  • 1 cup Black beans
  • 2 tablespoons Mustard
  • 1 tablespoon Honey
  • 2 tablespoons Mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Ketchup
  • 2 tablespoons Canned milk
  • 2 pieces Whole wheat wraps
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil

Instructions

In a small bowl, whisk together mustard, honey, mayonnaise, and ketchup to form a smooth sauce. Set aside.

Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add spinach and sauté until wilted, about 3-4 minutes.

Add black beans to the skillet with the spinach. Season with salt and black pepper. Stir well and cook for another 2-3 minutes until heated through.

Warm the whole wheat wraps in a separate skillet or microwave for easier folding.

Spread a tablespoon of the honey mustard sauce onto each wrap.

Evenly distribute the spinach and black bean mixture onto the center of each wrap.

Drizzle remaining sauce over the filling, and fold the wraps tightly, tucking in the sides as you roll.

Slice the wraps in half and serve immediately.
