By Light Darko

Total: 30 minutes

Ingredients

  • 300 g minced beef
  • 100 g tomato salsa
  • 1 head Iceberg lettuce

Instructions

1

In a large skillet over medium heat, add the minced beef. Cook for about 5-7 minutes, breaking it apart with a spatula until browned and cooked through.

2

Drain any excess fat from the skillet, if necessary, and season the beef with salt and pepper. Stir well to combine and cook for an additional 2 minutes.

3

While the beef is finishing, prepare the lettuce. Wash the Iceberg lettuce and chop it into thin strips. Set aside.

4

Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit, and scoop out the flesh. Slice the avocado into thin pieces or mash it if desired.

5

Preheat the taco shells according to package instructions, typically for about 5 minutes in a preheated oven or microwave.

6

Assemble the tacos by placing a generous amount of the cooked minced beef into each taco shell, followed by a layer of shredded lettuce, slices of avocado, and a spoonful of tomato salsa on top.
