In a large skillet over medium heat, add the minced beef. Cook for about 5-7 minutes, breaking it apart with a spatula until browned and cooked through.
Drain any excess fat from the skillet, if necessary, and season the beef with salt and pepper. Stir well to combine and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
While the beef is finishing, prepare the lettuce. Wash the Iceberg lettuce and chop it into thin strips. Set aside.
Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit, and scoop out the flesh. Slice the avocado into thin pieces or mash it if desired.
Preheat the taco shells according to package instructions, typically for about 5 minutes in a preheated oven or microwave.
Assemble the tacos by placing a generous amount of the cooked minced beef into each taco shell, followed by a layer of shredded lettuce, slices of avocado, and a spoonful of tomato salsa on top.
