  • 500 g Ground turkey
  • 1/4 cup BBQ sauce
  • 4 pieces Whole-grain buns
  • 4 leaves Lettuce
  • 1 large Tomato
  • 1 medium Onion
  • 4 medium Sweet potatoes
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Pepper

Instructions

1

Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

2

Wash and peel the sweet potatoes. Cut them into thin, even fries.

3

In a large bowl, toss the sweet potato fries with 1 tablespoon of olive oil, 1/2 teaspoon of salt, and 1/4 teaspoon of pepper until evenly coated.

4

Spread the sweet potato fries in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crispy.
