Ingredients

  • 1.5 kg Greek yogurt
  • 2 cups granola
  • 4 cups mixed fruit (berries, kiwi, orange segments)
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 0.5 cup toasted almonds

Instructions

Prepare the mixed fruits by slicing the kiwi and segmenting the oranges. Ensure the berries are washed and ready to be added.

In a medium-sized bowl, mix the Greek yogurt with 1 tablespoon of honey to add some sweetness.

In a serving glass or bowl, layer some of the Greek yogurt mixture at the bottom.

Add a layer of granola on top of the yogurt. Sprinkle a small amount of toasted almonds over the granola for added crunch.

Top the granola with a layer of mixed fruits, making sure to distribute the different types evenly.

Repeat the layers of yogurt, granola, almonds, and fruit until the glass or bowl is filled, finishing with a layer of fruit on top.
