Prepare the mixed fruits by slicing the kiwi and segmenting the oranges. Ensure the berries are washed and ready to be added.
In a medium-sized bowl, mix the Greek yogurt with 1 tablespoon of honey to add some sweetness.
In a serving glass or bowl, layer some of the Greek yogurt mixture at the bottom.
Add a layer of granola on top of the yogurt. Sprinkle a small amount of toasted almonds over the granola for added crunch.
Top the granola with a layer of mixed fruits, making sure to distribute the different types evenly.
Repeat the layers of yogurt, granola, almonds, and fruit until the glass or bowl is filled, finishing with a layer of fruit on top.
Drizzle the remaining honey on top of the final fruit layer for added sweetness.
Serve immediately for a delicious, crunchy, and refreshing breakfast.
