Total: 15 minutes
BreakfastSnackDessert

Ingredients

  • 3 cups Greek yogurt
  • 2 cups Mixed berries
  • 1.5 cups Granola
  • 3 tbsp Honey
  • 3 tbsp Chia seeds
  • 1 tsp Lemon zest (optional)

Instructions

1

Gently wash the mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, and raspberries) under cold water and pat them dry with a paper towel to remove excess water.

2

In a medium mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt and 2 tablespoons of honey. Stir well until the honey is fully integrated into the yogurt.

3

In 4 serving glasses or bowls, add a layer of the honey-infused Greek yogurt at the bottom, about 1/4 cup per glass.

4

Sprinkle a layer of granola on top of the yogurt, using about 2 tablespoons per glass.

5

Add a layer of mixed berries over the granola, approximately 2 tablespoons of berries per glass.

6

Sprinkle some chia seeds over the berries, about 1/2 tablespoon per glass.

7

Repeat the layering process with more Greek yogurt, granola, mixed berries, and chia seeds until all ingredients are used or the glasses are comfortably full. Finish with a top layer of mixed berries garnished with a pinch of lemon zest and a drizzle of the remaining tablespoon of honey, if desired.

8

Serve immediately as a refreshing breakfast or snack!
