Total: 15 minutes
BreakfastDessertSnacksVegetarian

Ingredients

  • 3 cups Greek yogurt
  • 2 cups Mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
  • 1.5 cups Granola
  • 3 tbsp Honey
  • 3 tbsp Chia seeds
  • 1 tsp Lemon zest

Instructions

1

In a medium bowl, mix the Greek yogurt with 2 tablespoons of honey. Stir well until the honey is fully incorporated into the yogurt.

2

Wash the mixed berries. If using large strawberries, slice them into bite-sized pieces. In a separate bowl, gently toss the berries with the remaining 1 tablespoon of honey and the optional lemon zest.

3

In four glasses or bowls, create the first layer by adding 1/4 cup of Greek yogurt into each glass.

4

Sprinkle 1/2 tablespoon of chia seeds over the yogurt layer in each glass.

5

Add a generous layer of mixed berries over the chia seeds in each glass.

6

Add about 1/4 cup of granola on top of the berries in each glass.

7

Repeat the layers with another 1/4 cup of Greek yogurt, followed by chia seeds, berries, and granola, until all ingredients are used or until your glasses are filled.

8

Finish with a final dollop of Greek yogurt and a sprinkle of granola and berries for garnish.

9

Serve immediately for the best texture, as the granola will soften over time.
